Tell us about a confirmed, funded technical role. Together we check whether BragDev is the right fit for the search.

2. Start Your Membership

$10,000 for a 90-day search for one role. If you hire someone we introduce, a one-time fee of 20% of their first-year pay applies.

3. Intake Call and Scorecard

We write the role scorecard with you and your 90 days start that day. Then we source against it and vet every professional before you see them.

4. Review and Interview

You receive an evidence profile for every professional we present, and you decide whom to interview.
